Why would purina promote a study that would go against their own interests? You make absolutely no sense.
Not all comments are in train. The first comment is that Purina and other companies in the Pet Food and Corn industrial complex have been behind most studies that suggest feeding Round-Up infused corn to dogs and other creatures who shouldn't consume such things, such as humans. The second comment is simply that believing a study claiming it was not funded or influenced by powerful entities simply because it says so is peerlessly naive at best.

Understand that our friend Green loves to pontificate and make sweeping generalizations about subjects in which he has little or no knowledge or personal experience.
On the subject of dog diets, I know little. On the subject of animal diets, however, my wife is an expert. Her research on both Rattus Norvegicus and Peromyscus Leucopus diets are very well respected in rodent husbandry circles, and in the latter case resulted in quite a bit of upward revision on the maximum life expectancy of the species- our specimens consistently lived longer than the maximum life expectancy, the oldest by several years. The consumption of GMO corn is a cause of a lot of issues with dogs. Full stop.

Dog nails are tough on the factory leatherette seats. You can read my review of these seat covers in post 28 of this thread.

Dogs nails are eventually going to ruin any seat cover. That said i dont waste alot of money on seat covers, I buy plain old K9 covers and i throw them away and get another set when they start to show signs of bad wear. There are nice seat covers by PRP if you want to spend $700 for the front pair, i just buy from these guys https://4knines.com/collections/full-size-suv

Have you tried sheepskin? I gave my mother a sheepskin throw, and her dogs never managed to put a dent in it.

I have two cattle dogs, im afraid if i put sheepskin on the seats they would chew and paw at it. I like these cheapies i have because if they get dirty or the dog rubs his butt against the backrest i can just take them off in about 2 minutes and toss them in the wash and put them back on in the same time. They dont look impressive but my dogs dont care and they are low maintenance.

My wife and I both have used these seat covers from Duluth Trading in the back seats our daily drivers for years. They hold up fine against dog nails, and keep the seat clean after a muddy walk. One handy feature is you can roll up one side so that a person can sit there. They also make a deluxe version.

We haven't (yet) used one in our Sprinter, as our dog rarely gets to ride on the seat in the van. However, Duluth does make several versions that might fit a Sprinter seat.

So, you are telling me you are unable to have an intelligent conversion and will not bring any evidence to support your position. Yeah, I kinda already knew that.

No, I'm saying I made two comments, and they were not mutually dependant.

You're the kind of verbal diarrhetic we are needing more of in the DZ.

Textual diarrhetic. If I was a verbal diarrhetic, you would be able to hear me speaking.

Personally, I prefer “poetic diarrhetic”. It has more of a flare to it.

So we’ve upgraded to Lure Coursing. We just so happened to have a club running a sight hound event a couple minutes from the house so we drove over just to spectate. But ended up getting entered after talking to people running the event.

He was running the no time singles class. He’s one year and one month now, was just neutered and had his stomach pinned last month to prevent bloat. Dr gave him the all clear.

He had a blast.

Parked right next the course he was watching the other dogs run the course taking notes

First time.. full beans. Ate shit hard on one of the turns. Got right back up and kept chasing. The judges said usually when they eat shit that hard they lose focus and stop chasing. He didn’t, he got right back up and finished

Did the whole course, and came back. Didn’t even have to use recall. Which I was slightly worried he might go far an adventure. But his prey drive kept him on target.

Looking good!! We have Borzoi (5 at the moment) and about 10 or 12 years ago one had her stomach turn. Vet saved her and pinned her stomach (gastropexy). Since then, when we spay, we always have a gastropexy performed although we don't spay until they are three to five years old. Gives hormones a chance to do their thing, but we don't wait more than 5-6 years since that increases the chances of mammary cancer in females. BTW, we only have females, but not to breed. Male Borzoi are just too big and hairy!

Two of ours are puppies (11 and 14 months old) and we will start coursing them next spring. Probably run FastCat first and see what they think of chasing a plastic bag.
