ABS Module

Hi Guys,
Trying to get rid of the ABS, EDC, EDS and "burnout light" on the dash.
Scan tool always come up with RR wheel speed sensor. Replaced the wheel probe and wiring right to the module with no difference. I have cleaned terminals, etc in the ABS module, but still get the same issue. A signal from the RR wheel is as clean as the LR but it still brings up the same code. Van drives fine, but I have no cruise control or ABS.
Any ideas on where I can get a ABS Module? I believe it needs to be the exact part number or it wont communicate.
Mine is 0 265 950 137 which apparently is only fitted to the automatic vans.
That is the part number on the bottom of the black ABS module, not the one on the alloy block of the ABS unit.
Urgently needing to buy one! I have tried lots of wreckers, etc but no luck so I am hoping a member may have one.
Thanks for any suggestions.

Thats the Bosch part number. Is there a MB part number somewhere, it will start with A.
But it might be for the whole module including the alloy solenoid block? If it is, then I would suggest as long as the "whole unit" MB part number matches you should be good 2 go.

Local stealership has given me the MB code A0025404945. This is the one for the module not the complete pump unit. Weird thing is they don't have the MB part number on them anywhere. They also told me the MB number is A0004469389 for the complete pump.

Do you know the history of this vehicle? Sounds like the original unit has been removed and you have a non compatible unit fitted. Eric

I've been having the same dramas as mija5290, I initially thought it was a transmission fault so went to an auto transmission specialist who said the fault lay elsewhere, I eventually found someone who diagnosed it as the ABS unit and quoted me $2,200 for a S/H unit and labour. I shopped around and eventually found a compatible S/H module for $100 on line. The mechanic will fit and program this, he said the modules are almost impossible to buy new and harder to find second hand, got my fingers crossed. Part number MB A0004469289

Have you checked the clearance?
Do you mean of the wheel speed sensor? If so, yes I have several times. I have even jacked the back up and driven the vehicle with the wheels off and moved the sensor in and out to see if this made any difference.

I won't bore you with the long story but after lots of mucking around I finally located a S/H ABS unit at a wrecker in Albury, $550 plus freight which my mechanic was prepared to fit and program. Later when I picked my van (313 Sprintshift) up he told me it was no easy job so I'm glad I didn't attempt it myself. The ABS, EDC and ECS lights are off now and the auto is working fine.
I will never drive through water again after coming from Dirranbandi to Collarenebri and pushing through many miles of 300mm deep water in the flat cotton country, an expensive little exercise, over $1300 all up.
