Their Sprinter mechanic seems competent, but he's done little to my 04 other than re-code a key and attempt to diagnose my faulty keyless entry system.

$3200 to correct the components causing all fault codes and warning lights to get it roadworthy for Importing into Canada. Ah, government regulations I believe it would be less to correct if a regular mechanic had the Sprinter scanner .

They Told me I needed 2 front ball joints for $600, while readjusting some sensors .
I replaced both balljoints before this estimate, one 4 months earlier for $90, the other just 8 days before for $75 with parts and labour. They knew I needed ball joints from an inspection 8 months before which I declined, but insisted it still needed new ball joints just because it was a note on their computer, not because they re-inspected.
Very disappointing, and won't return here.
If they are not interested in earning my business with honest competent professionalism, I won't be throwing my money at them.
