144 Racks: First batch ships in mid-August. 170 & 170 EXT Racks: First batch ships in September

Fully Adjustable, Lightweight, Upgradable, Quiet, Strong, Good Looking, Aerodynamic, Durable, and Easy to Install. We designed the Sprinter Stealth+ Roof Rack to be the best-looking and most functional Sprinter roof rack on the market. Every rack is proudly made in Oregon with the highest quality components and backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

The adjustability of the Stealth+ comes from its double 10-Series 8020 Aluminum Crossbars. Easily slide the crossbars forwards or backward to any position you wish along the side panels by simply loosening a few bolts. Perfect for easily installing the rack around pre-existing or planned MaxxAir Fans, AC Units, Solar Panels, or other accessories. It features laser-cut and formed aluminum side panels and fairings (front & rear) that hide all roof accessories from any parking lot peepers below while giving the rack its strength and aesthetics.

The height is lower than other racks on the market but just tall enough to be directly compatible (bolt-on) with the Fiamma F45 Awning and also allows you to recess your solar panels, roof panels, and other rooftop gear. The side rail slots make it easy to strap down items like surfboards and kayaks on your roof rack. The wide footprint allows you to mount up lots of different Roof Top Tents (RTT’s) and larger solar panel options. All racks are finished with a premium UV-resistant black powder coating and include stainless steel hardware that won't rust.

The possibilities are truly endless! It comes with everything needed for an Easy DIY install including a step-by-step installation guide, anti-seize, thread locker, Allen keys, and premium drop-in track nuts that mount directly to the OEM Sprinter roof rails. No cutting, drilling, or crane is needed for installation!

This looks really neat and I like that OVG is based in Oregon!

I'm in the market for a roof rack for my 144" and I was planning on picking up a FVCO low profile roof rack for $1.5k + ~$150-250 in accessories. Curious how OVG's rack compares with regards to functionality. Looks fairly similar and after capsules/Owl Vans stuff/windows, my van is not going to look very stealth at all lol.

Thanks! Although the FVCO low profile rack looks similar there are quite a few differences. Here are a few:
  • Our racks are made in Oregon // FVCO racks are not made in the US
  • Our Stealth+ Sprinter Racks are form-fitted to the front and rear curves of the van so there is minimal gap. This improves the appearance and provides 360 rooftop privacy // compared to a FVCO rack that sits much higher off the roof, has large gaps, and you can see if solar, fans, etc are mounted on the roof when looking up at it from below.
  • Our racks are 6.875" wider > Ours have a usable width of 53.875" // FVCO low pro racks have only 47" of usable width.
  • Our racks are 11 inches longer > Ours is 138.5" long // FVCO low pro is only 127.5" long
  • The FVCO low pro roof rack is designed for the Fiamma F80s awning and ours is designed for the F45s awning. The F80s is more expensive and has a different profile. You will need a $200 adaptor rail on the FVCO rack to mount the F80s awning where an F45s awning mounts directly to our rack with no additional brackets or costs. No drilling or cutting is required to mount the F45s awning on our rack. It is a direct bolt-on.
  • Both racks are made out of formed aluminum and use 2x1 10-series 8020 crossbars. Both have adjustable crossbars but our rack is longer which allows for more inside mounting options and more adjustability. In addition, our crossbars can span the center seam where FVCO's cannot.
  • Ours comes with both a front and rear aluminum fairing. // The FVCO low pro roof rack does not offer a rear fairing and a front fairing is an additional $150.
  • We include drop-in and twist track nuts to mount the roof rack to the roof rails which makes it easier to install. // FVCO's track nuts must be slid in.
  • We provide stainless steel drop-in tnuts that can be dropped in anywhere on the crossbars // compared to FVCO which uses zinc track nuts (which can rust) and they must be slid in.
  • Both racks ship free.
What accessories are you looking to get? We will be adding many in the coming weeks like a side ladder, drop-down flush solar panels brackets, surf pole, surf hooks, and modular aluminum deck panels.

Let us know if you have any questions or need anything clarified.

Does the F80 fit? I already have one.
The rack is designed for an F45s to bolt on directly so the interior width of the rack can be as wide as possible. To make it directly compatible with an F80s awning would mean it would need to be about 5-6" narrower. Hypothetically, You could mount an F80s but it would extend over the outside of the van and not be ideal. Our promaster rack is the same way but we have had a few customers mount them anyway.
