Looking for help in eastern Colorado!

Our van got the dreaded 10 start count down last night as we pulled into Estes Park to visit RMNP today. We've added 3.5g of DEF and it has not reset. We are now down to 9.

I called Linden Automotive in Golden based on the reviews here and on Google and that they have the reputation for helping full timers on the road. The gal on the phone was less than helpful and said the earliest she could schedule us would be 3 weeks from now, even after explaining our situation.

Does anyone have a good sprinter mechanic in the Denver/Ft Collins area that we can call to get in? We don't mind hanging out for a week, but we are 2 people and 4 dogs, we can't shuffle from parking lot to parking lot for 3 weeks of living. If that's the case we will just return to AZ where we have family and try to get in there.

Today we have had FOUR stranded drop ins come in on the hook without appointments.
This is like (akin) to an A&E clinic in Somalia .
Just like A&E's we cannot handle so many emergencies all at once & give prompt attention .
Hence the wait time, & as with A&E's its always first come first served .
BUT if you don't mind waiting/camping out with a delayed wait time you can bring it by.

Well Dennis I appreciate that, however we are already on our way to Phoenix where apparently the MB dealers aren't as busy as those in Colorado and Utah. They offered to get us in within 24 hours.

Unfortunately none of this was communicated to us when we spoke with your service writer. We were not expecting to get in today... By the end of the week or early next week would have been fine. We were literally sitting outside the entrance of RMNP and were planning on continuing our visit if we'd been able to schedule something that was close and didn't require us to burn through our starts, however when we communicated this we were told 3 weeks out and that was it. Living in a parking lot for 3 weeks with 2 humans and 4 dogs in a van was just not something we were willing to do.

Also as former combat medics in Afghanistan and ED techs we understand how triage works.... However the nurse usually communicates what's going on at some point to the patients.

When you get to a dealer suggested Arrowhead Peoria, AZ ask for Tony Grova have the AEM done and you will be good to go;
Safe travels!

Thank you, we were originally planning on Arrowhead for the AEM, however we have no family to stay with on that end of Phoenix. We will be taking our chances with Gilbert MB.

By the way, completely insane the wait times in Colorado. One deal was booking for May 2022 another for March and 2 we couldn't even get to answer the phone in the service dept. Same story in SLC.

Well this is good news for you and bon voyage to Arizona.
I trust it will all work out for you, & my staff will be pleased not to have to turn up at 6, 30 in the morning to clear a spot for you should you have arrive needing help !
So as Shakespeare once wrote in1613 "All's well that ends well"
Some say its a romantic tragedy, but its really a romantic comedy and after all this over a coffee you will probably have good laugh--Hopefully .
All the best
Dennis

Linden Automotive clearly needs to be franchised with convenient locations all over the US. May be with a jingle that proclaims:

🎼🎼 Vanlife got you down because your baby is limping now? Cheerio! Here at Linden we'll make her gallop again. And the crumpets and clotted cream are always on us 🎼🎼

Now with new locations in Bend, OR and Myrtle Beach, SC.
