Larry and Vivian, collectively, comprise the worst service department we’ve ever experienced with any Mercedes-Benz dealership, coast-to-coast. And we’ve been to literally dozens of them. They are 100% disorganized and careless about clients’ time, and don’t honor service appointments made months in advance. They are a caricature of poor ethics and incompetence. If only MB knew, they’d both be replaced with functional service people. I regret wasting my time with them.
