Any shop that can extract broken glow plugs east of the Mississippi?

I've got two broken glow plugs, and three more likely to do the same thing. I've been unable to find a shop in central Kentucky that can extract them...they all want to replace the heads.

Can anyone recommend a shop in Kentucky that has experience with it?
How about within 10 hours of Kentucky?
