I called in a part request and they confirmed 3 in stock.
They greeted me with a smile, and already had the part on the counter waiting for me.

While I was there I checked on the status of my manifold recall (bought used in Sep 2010 and never got notified) and also got a printout of all the info they had on file for my vehicle, which had originally been purchased there.

Overall a very good dealer experience.

This is the type of place that won't speak to you without charging you first. I needed to have a battery tested and they insisted on charging an hour's labor regardless. Needless to say I left and I won't be going back for any other service.
