Long-term with 18" Wheels?

I have a 2004 158" high roof cargo van for my paint business. I have always wanted to put 18in wheels on it but was hesitant to because there are no E rated tires for 18ins. I never load much more than 1000lbs tops in my van usually around 600 including me. Has any one put 18" on a van of my size? Any regets? I would use the rims only for summer and keep my 16" factory steel for winter. I have seen the surfer van but I have never seen a update of long term satifaction.

18" euro g-wagon wheels on my 2004 118"
I buy tires rated for 2,300 lbs. or more and my usually vehicle weight is around 7,000 lbs.
I love them. :rad:
