2009 sprinter turbo removal w/caution?

Hi guy,
I started to remove my turbo (after a stupid very expensive mistake I made), but I'm stuck.
I need some help, if anyone has a Service Repair Manual that may want to share the pages with step by step instructions I would greatly appreciate it!

People are always making mistakes, it's the human in us. You had the "Courage to fail" attempting to repair something? Please share your experience?
