Just wanted to give a shoutout to everyone on the forum and thank them for helping me narrow down this random code and limp mode after I replaced trans cooler lines and radiator. Van was sitting for 1.5 months prior to doing this job and the turbo actuator arm seized/rusted. Broke it free and lubed it up and now I'm back in business and not scratching my head anymore. Thanks again!
