Am dealing with two separate but related issues related to the rear water plumbing.
a) my cold water hose has collapsed from age due to tight bends in and around the faucet in the bathroom. Am trying to figure out whether I can splice a new piece of hose into/onto the existing one.
b) would like to set up the outdoor shower to have hot water. Have read the threads on how to do it and seems pretty straightforward... a couple of T connectors and mixing valve.
In both cases, what I'm struggling with is the need to match the existing 'metric' tubing. I cannot find a source anywhere online and have searched the forum and don't find anything that addresses the issue.
Does anyone out there have a source for metric hoses and connectors and/or alternative solutions.
