Gas Gauge Way Off

Why Dogs Fly
First time I ran the gas gauge low and the warning light came on. Was only able to put 19 gallons in. That's not right. I understand these things aren't perfect. Is this normal?

The warning light comes on when my 2014 cargo v6 has about 6 gallons left also. After my wife put gas in my ford diesel truck I convinced her to call it the fuel gauge not the gas gauge, seems to help the thought process about fueling up!

That is completely normal! The low Fuel light comes on, on my van EXACLTY 19 gallons. The first time you get worried and jump to the first fuel station, but after the 100th time you know exactly how much you've got left.
