What is this part?

I was checking for Black Death and found all clean but, I noticed that this part is leaking oil. I was going to change the o-ring on my engine oil dip stick tube but i think the oil is coming from here?

This is the bypass gas breather / oil separator, supposed to prevent oil from getting into the air intake, but is the major source of oil in the turbo hoses/ intercooler, EGR etc.
Most say oil going thru this part is no problem, but if it's leaking oil onto your engine then try to fix that.

it may also go by CCV Crank Case Vent ?
