Our new 2012 2500 has a weak door retention spring. (the latch that holds the door OPEN). It seems like an easy fix but we can't get to it. How do you remove the plastic running board in the door well? We've removed all of the Torx and can't find any spring clips, but it seems there is a bolt somewhere in the middle of the running board we can't access. Any Ideas?
