Keyless Entry Remote Keys

My 2007 Dodge Sprinter only came with one key. Who has the best price on the keys? I assume that whatever I get will have to be programed at a Dodge dealer.

Since you have an NCV3 (2007-2012) with the laser cut key, your best bet (and maybe the only reliable solution) is to order it from a Mercedes dealer.
Pricey? yes!
Effective at giving you a fully functional extra key....also yes!
With your VIN number, the dealer can order you a spare key/fob and it will be programmed
as part of the transaction.
When I got my new 2010 MB Sprinter 144" 3500 (5 Tonner) I specifed 4 spare keys as part of the purchase.
At least one spare normally comes with the new Sprinter I think.

The dealer I dealt with required the VIN and proof of ownership of the vehicle. I think I just used the registration.

If ever buying new order two extra keys - cost is less than one after the opportunity passes.
