Default Finding a 4x4 Allocation: Tips?

I'm looking to order a 4x4 170, optioned how I want it (not already in the order pipeline).

Any tips on how to find a dealer with an existing 4x4 build allocation? A few local dealers have told me 'oh yeah, we can get an allocation', but based on what I see online that sounds like my build could take ages. I'm looking for an *existing* allocation that will yield a build start in May/a real VIN.

PM me or post here please with any tips/tricks/advice! Can anyone explain this allocation process a bit more clearly? Cheers, Kipp

Where are you located? How far are you willing to travel to pick up the van?
