Hello,
Would like to thank Brian at Bakersfield mercedes for fixing my sprinter Pleasureway van and getting us back on the road in a timely manner.

Stopped by MB of Bakersfield while passing through the area with a low power issue. Brian helped me out and they were able to fit me in that day. They properly diagnosed and replaced a faulty MAF sensor and got me on my way. The technician seemed to know his stuff and I was happy with the service.

Only thing disappointing was that they wouldn't let me take my vehicle overnight while waiting for a new part to arrive. As I live out of my van, I had to get a hotel room unless I wanted to pay an expensive diagnostic fee that would otherwise be waived. This was frustrating and quite inconvenient.

I had to be towed there for a new transmission and I was able to sleep in the van outside, but not after they had diassembled the transmission

They did a good job at a fair price for a dealer
