Turks and Caicos sound nice. I'm open to invitation....

Speaking of Margaritas, I had several last night. For those of us, who forget to keep fresh limes and agave nectar for pop-in guests, the makers of Zing Zang (bloody Mary mix) sell a Margarita mix in 32oz glass bottles, which they claim on the bottle, contains:

filtered water
pure cane sugar
blue agave nectar
juice mix of lime, key lime, grapefruit
citric acid

It's a mix that is not overly sweetened with fructose; was pleasantly surprised. Available from Target and occasionally Walmart for roughly $5/bottle. We keep several bottles on the Zing Zang Margarita mix in our basement for unexpected summer gatherings. We keep Kirkland Aņejo tequila for our own consumption and Kirkland Silver for parties.

Normally, I enjoy bourbon straight-up or with a large single ice cube or sphere. If I happen to have Marashino Cherries in the cupboard and an orange, I will always chose an Old Fashion on a dark winter evening. During warmer months or visit to tropics, it's always Tanqueray-Tonic.

Now, you know my weaknesses.

We were in an airport, astronaut.

It may not have been ideal, but it was the best choice we encountered on our stroll from the TSA to our gate.

Oh and btw in my neck of the woods its only the women and Gays that do margaritas/cocktails.
What else are you gonna drink with Mexican food? I am a self-admitted beer snob, most Mexican beers are awful, and the beer selections at most restaurants (especially in Hawaii) are very limited.

Oh, and in my neck of the woods, the only people who drink Shiraz wines are males who choose to pursue the act of homosexuality, and females.

If I recall, you are or were involved in the winery business right? Is this one of yours?

I toast we guzzle our swill of choice and be merry. The only way to drink...guzzle beer is from a frosted mug.

Lol, no.

An American Pale Ale like the one you showed us yesterday, is best served at about 45-50 degrees. Any colder than that, and you're missing out on a lot of what you paid for.

The only "beers" that need to be served ice-cold, are truly awful tasting Adjunct Lagers from mega-breweries. I don't even consider those to be real beer. The people who drink those don't like beer, they just like to pee a lot.
