Free Parking/Camping - Sprinter-Forum

I'm building a new house in Coquitlam. When the house next door was under construction it got broken into 3 times and a lot of damage was caused. I'm looking for someone that wants a nice free spot to park and camp out that will have free power and water? It is right on Como Lake (the lake) only 150' from the nature trail around the lake. The right candidate will be criminal free with good references.

BTW: I'm an RVer that had a 40' Allegro Bus and will be buying a new LTV CB after my house is built!
