What sort of diagnostic device are you using to try to reset the O2 monitor?
Have you replaced the O2 monitor sensor with a genuine OEM Mercedes Benz sensor?
Not sure if the new monitor must the introduced to the system with a diagnostic tool or not, but
you local Mercedes Benz Sprinter dealer will have the MB SDS diagnostics system to teach in or
positively reset the sensor if necessary.
Using other than OEM (NOT Factory upgraded as necessary) sensors and parts without a factory level
diagnostic tool causes all sorts of issues, all of which can be corrected by use of OEM parts and factory
level diagnostic tools.
