Default T1N hiccups under load (2500-3000rpm) occasionally dies.

Hello and thanks to all who use and add to this site. I have a 2005 sprinter 3500 158". It has been built out for travel and living. I have put 60K on it myself (256k currently) with little to no issues. After having had it sitting with very little use over the last 6 months 1200k tops, it has now started to hiccup under load higher rpms. It will then occasionally die (like shut off). It takes time after turning vehicle off and disconnecting battery to then hopefully start up. I have checked the turbo, wastegate, resonator and hoses related. Replaced intercooler hose and the 2 sensors, cleaned the EGR, MAF as well. Fuel filter has 13k on it.
When trying to restart it there is no rhyme or reason. Has good battery crank. When it does throw an CEL it is either P0336 crankshaft pos sensor, P2506 ecm/pcm or P0069 manifold absolute barrometric etc. I changed the cps sensor 10K miles ago. Still every time this happens it will throw diff codes.
Any insight to this broad rabbit hole conundrum would be much appreciated.
Cheers.

Try the Sprinter Injector leak off test. If an Injector is worn and leaks internally, under load fuel pressure can drop below minimum 2900 psi and shuts off the engine electronically, causing weird codes at shutdown.

2 things come to mind:
First, like NelsonSprinter said, the leak off test is in order here. Also, swap out the fuel filter for a new one. It can collect alot of crud in 13k miles.
Second, based on your error codes, you may have some wire chafing and grounding out against the frame. The wire loom that encircles the rear of the fuel filter is a particularly prone spot for chafing. You should also clean the main ground from the battery negative cable. It's located right behind and above the negative battery terminal. Remove the bolt, clean, grease and reassemble.

Thanks for the insight, I am planning on running the injector leak off test this afternoon to see what results I find. Really hoping that I can find some clarity with that. Will also change out the fuel pump, always good to do. Has anyone ever had an issue with the pressure pump that leads to the rail going out or wearing out enough to kick out fillings into the rail and thus the injectors?
