Just got back from a week in SE Utah near Bluff and Cedar Mesa.
Had some great camp sites including this one overlooking Arch Canyon and Comb Ridge...

It's a great time of year down that way. I spend a LOT of time near 4 Corners for work (not far from Bluff), and look forward to this time of year for biking, fishing, and cooler weather. Did you go through Moab or Cortez?

We went through Cortez on the way down from Colorado.
From Bluff up Butler Wash then north of Hwy 95 on the Cottonwood Road and through the Bears Ears and down into Grand Gulch hiking and camping along the way.
Indeed a great time of year to be in the desert between the red flag windy days!

You did Cottonwood Canyon Road from US 89 up to Grosvenor Arch and Kodachrome Basin? Excellent! Fantastic road.
