Lots of documentation here: http://diysprinter.co.uk/reference/

There is NOT a specific 2005 service manual.

There's the 2003 (the file name confusingly is "05-service-manual.pdf", but the actual manual is the 2003 (mechanical low pressure fuel pump, for example).

However, the full 2004- and 2006- manual sets (both of which are "close enough" for a 2005) are there.
("full": service manual, powertrain diagnostics, tranny diag, body diag, chassis diag)

As i wrote in the immediately previous note, it's a 2003.
It talks about the OM612 and discusses the mechanical low-pressure fuel pump.
It ain't a 2005.

The %20 in the URL is the octal representation of the "space" character.
So your URL really ends as "05 service manual.pdf"

I've just sent a note to the DIYsprinter site owner requesting that he change the file's name to
2003-service-manual.pdf
to try to minimize confusion to *both* 2003 and 2005 owners.
