Default Back up camera

I had a wireless camera that would attach with a magnet to the back of the RV. It was useless because the interference from the running engine cause so much distortion it was hard to see anything. So i decided to run a wired unit. Yeah right, not as easy as i thought...
I tried going thru the 3rd brake light but I could not find an easy route thru the insulation and because my sprinter is a 2005 the plastic was so brittle the both the posts inside the lens broke off.
So it was decided the license plate mount was the only sensible placement. And because the unit I received as a gift had a large screen (Pyle 7700 with a 7" monitor) it had to go next to the gear shift selector.
The end result came out pretty good and the included cable was plenty long enough to go under the chassis, up through the floor and into the rear door under the license plate. I had to make mounts (from sheet metal encased in heat shrink plastic sleeves) for the center dash and open the monitor to cut a channel in the housing to allow the cable to exit out the back. To keep the cable spaced away from getting shut in the door, I used sheet metal again.
For a cheap camera and monitor it works pretty well and it took about 4 hours to install.
I included pics but they only appear rotated...
