these guys gave me horrible service and treated me like I was an idiot today....never again will get anything form them. when I was looking at buying my sprinter the sales guy was trying to bully me into saying if you don;t buy from us you will get horrible service from us in the future.... and well they proved that today.....there loss not mine....

Been there myself twice and both times "Jason" at the parts dept. was a dick and less than friendly to deal with and had an attitude too both times . I thought I was singled out for whatever reason but not true as a friend of mine also made the mistake of dealing with "Jason" and same attitude . I would not recommend this place to anyone .
I told Jason the next time I or my friend come there he better have a different attitude or we were going to complain to MB but we both decided not to bother and buy else where . |
