William Sherman was the greatest, the most knowledgeable sprinter sales person I spoke with he answered all of my questions, dug up the odd things i was asking for and well the transaction was the best I have ever had. I am looking at getting a E convertable from him now.....just smooth and honest work. Thanks Will.

I have a service issue as an upfitter messed up my A/C line and Brian there Service Manager is taking great care of me making sure it gets fixed correctly to be placed back under full warrenty. They are very helpful.

I also ahve to have my hat off to Dave in Parts, he was able to get some parts added to the sytem and ordered for me i.e. the extirior sun visor. Thanks for your hard work Dave.

Well turns out that this dealership cares more about changing tires that updating there customers.

I was in to get a leaky AC repaired and 2 days later I called to check up and the shop has been swamped with chancing tires and other things to start the job. Well I can appreciate a busy time of year but I cannot excuse the lack of an update, the sprinter was to be ready for tomorrow morning. This is the second tine in a row they have messed up a well in advance booked appointment.

Stay away from this dealer and there service department at all costs.
Your experience may very but once bit ok, a second time I bite back. Enough is enough.

wow: you had 3 previous praises for these guys and all of the sudden your advising to stay away.
Where to you get service now, or have you gone back with positive experiance?

Nope had one more bad experience where about 750-1000 in stuff went missing from my van on service. So I have never been back.

I have been to Oakville a number of times now with great personal quick service. I'm always taken in at my scheduled appointment time and not 3 hours later etc etc. Check them out. Also I'm going to try Mississauga out as my sales guy which was most of my previous great experience has now moved there.

Old stay away from Durham, just my two cents.
