Still works for me. You better head over to a friend's house and see if their computer works? Maybe your service provider has a problem?

The mbvans website will not work for me either. I get the same "forbidden" notification. I'm located in Colorado.

The Canadian website is working but the $$ amounts are not correct for USA. MB USA should check out the Canadian website, it works better!

It consistently doesn't work on my home computer (via XFinity cable) or my phone (via Verizon). Very strange.

Thank you - i just found my way to this last night. It works great. I think a few of the options might be different and the price might not be exact, but it's close enough to keep me satisfied for now! Interesting to hear that it's difficult to order a custom-spec van - they make it seem like it should be really easy. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it!

caseyandgina,
Understanding how all the various upgrade "packages" work, and which options each of the "packages" will actually
result in getting into the assembly of a new Sprinter are the main issues.
I think we (the Sprinter brand manager and I) revised my "wish list" at least 5 times before whomever does the build
approvals would accept the build sheet.
Through out the entire process they kicked out "suspension seats" every time as that is considered a "fleet only" option.
Not sure how, but my new 2019 VS30 907/519 series (3500 USA) Sprinter did arrive at the dealers after shipment from the
new North Charleston assembly plant with suspension seats.
So, it's going to be a process, and there will be items and packages that you will not be able to order.
Good luck, and OBTW the MB Vans site works fine for me.
Are you trying to get on the "Build and Equip" site with a URL:

https://www.mbvans.com/sprinter/shop...nter/year/2019

or

simply doing a Google search on "mbvans.com"
then clicking on the "Shopping Tools" link at the top
the clicking on "Build Your Van" ?
Either way, the MBVans.com website totally works for me.
Notice that the URL still links to the 2019 Build Your Van site!
Roger

THose of you having trouble...I bet you are using the same Internet Provider. Providers run Caches, which store the webpages within the provider's network. When a second person requests the same page, you get the version stored. This saves the Provider tons of data over millions of users and billions of page requests. Sounds like their cache has an issue. When you used your iPhone to reach the site, did you turn off the wi-fi? Connected to wi-fi, you are going through your same provider. Using cell data you will be going through the cell companies network.
