This is not what you asked, but I felt should be said.

Apply "not sure" to any internet information that you read. It is sometimes difficult to separate the wheat from the chaff, even from the "experts".

Your actual proven food issues aside, the internet can scare the hell out of most anyone. Had I first found Sprinter-source I probably never would have bought the 2004 Sprinter... and certainly never the 2006 my second Sprinter. It would have been too bad to have been scared off Sprinters. The Sprinters have served our entire family well.

Back to topic.

I should mention that at I am 79 years old and had never eaten organic foods before a couple of years ago when it became fashionable. Somehow I survived all those years eating non organic foods.
Biology high school professor presented to the class, two Erlenmeyer flasks, one filled partially with 100% grain alcohol, the other water. Dropped a worm into each. The worm in the alcohol died, one in water wiggled.

Professor asked, "what conclusions can you draw from your observation?"
"Alcoholics don't get worms!", I quipped.

OK I have been avoiding organic foods for 30 years.

Would not worms drown in either liquid?

The grain alcohol can be reused as a hand sanitizer which makes it better than water?

To each their own but IMO.

Some organic foods are definitely better tasting.
Grass fed beef for instance
Free range chicken
Even things like blueberries.

Some foods you’d never the difference.
Farmed strawberries are generally poor quality if organic

Also just might had lived 100 years but means nothing if your first 80 years werent healthy and vibrant.

Personally I only ’try’ to eat ingredients I can pronouce. It doesnt need to be organic just what the God lord intended.

The first 80 years were healthy and vibrant. The 81st year not so much. Hopefully all is well now.

Some of my customers are organic grocers, we buy it, and the price is not all that different than your regular big box supermarket. I love eating the good stuff, all local, none off it from China, unless it is Chinese food.
