I appreciate all of the input and diversity of ideas given, I have decided to go with the Rixen set up.. time will tell if it was the right decision. Currently I have the floor support and insulation mocked up and pulled back out to allow ease of mind while drilling for the heater install (currently my biggest worry since summer is already over in Alaska and i don't have a garage big enough to work on the van this winter). Currently debating my wall material and researching batteries... i cannot be the only one that has suchhhh a hard time making a decision with these things. It's amazing how much information is out there and yet for someone like myself it all just leads to long list of "what ifs". Cannot thank you folks enough with the knowledge and work put into this platform. its a priceless resource.

Currently realizing I tried to run before walking.... working on wiring conduit and furing strips. Following suit of @Royce going with plusnut/rivnuts to install the furing that will then have tnuts installed to allow a rock solid mounting of the aluminum modular sections

You you have a link to Hein's roof gaskets for FanTastic fans? See some on ebay from the US, but works out $180USD shipped each.

This is the item number from the USA ebay listing; 132298140143
Here is a link to the page; https://ebay.us/iBKihE
They are only $63 here, write Hein and ask him about shipping to Finland from his place in Oregon. It's got to be cheaper than $120 for shipping. Hein is a nice guy and easy to work with. "If you have questions about this product you can call Hein at 541-49O-5O98"

Thanks royce. I went with Eastwood's 175 amp mig. It comes with a spool gun and the shipping really wasn't insane $200 considering it's a 90lb package. At the time they had a cyber Monday sale on the piece so to the door around 600. Better than anything I could find on Craigslist or at local shops that could do aluminum out of the box... and wasn't going to try tig
