Default 2019+ Lagun Table Adaptor for OEM Seats

Finally got the first few of these made and mocked up. Very easy to install and aligns table in center between OEM front seats (with swivels) and rear factory bench seat location. More details to follow. Got all the angles finally figured out and the best position. The cup holder has to be removed (one screw). Easy DIY install with no special tools needed, no welding, no insert nuts, just a drill, ratchet, and/or impact drill. (to make things a bit easier) This is for those who do not have a welder/metal shop and want a DIY table solution for Crew and Passenger Vans or a table mount for 2019+ style seats.

Awesome! Looks simpler than your earlier <2019 version. What is the price for this 2019+ as I'm picking up my new 2019 soon?

You can find the info on my website soon and I will post how to mount. I only mounted 3 beta mounts so far...worked perfect now doing a small production run. Way easier to mount...or fab up your own if you can weld. Heck you could do one out of wood as well if you wanted to but wouldn't be as easy nor look as clean. It took a bit of work to figure out all the angles to work out and build a jig.

Here is what the plate mount adapter looks like in a van with swivel seats. This in a 2019 Sprinter with swivel seats. (Alpine Designs with spacers to clear electric seat motors). Pictured is adapter plate, Lagun mount, Medium Teak table factory OEM 3 person Seat.

Installed 2019 Photos. If you have swivel seats and want a dinette area with out moving all your gear around...this can be installed with swivels seats in one day, regular hand tools. No welding. The mount is easily installed in under two hours max...including clean up and set up. The 2019 mount is very easy to install. Drill or Impact drill and Ratchet are all that is needed. Easily tucks away and most importantly you don't need to move any gear out of the way. Is high enough to clear most kids car booster seats. $250 shipped.

Install instructions:

Super easy mounting. If you can use an impact drill and a ratchet you can install. No special tools needed. Alignment is very easy. Took the guess work out of this.

Remove you cup holder. (one torx screw then it pops out)

Tape you legs to avoid scraping.

Mark 7.5 inches from bottom of seat. This will be the bottom of the bracket. You have a slight "bend" in top of seat, so it needs to sit just below this bend to get perfect 90 degree angle from floor. Make sure it is level side to side. Mark holes, drill pilot hole with 3/16th bit. Use self tapping screws to "pre drill" them in, do not tighten down all the way;only pre-thread. Put your Lagun mounting silver plate on bracket, cut bolts down and grind them smooth as the upper bolts touch fabric just a bit. The back of the Lagun bolts need to be as short as possible. This is the most time consuming part of the install, especially if you have to use a hack saw and a file. Mount bracket, install self tapping bolts, and tighten last turns with a ratchet so you don't strip holes. If you over tighten, you can use a plus nut/bolt or even weld the bracket in place.

Now you are ready to have a dinner party, some drinks, or snacks!
