Default Sprinter Performance

Hello,

Though our everyday business is performance tuning for high end European vehicles, including supporting over a dozen sanctioned racing teams and world record holding cars, we also have the ability to provide a product of significant interest to a much broader market. A solution that saves a considerable amount of capital instantly via reduced fuel purchasing and lowered driveline maintenance/repair.
Our Sprinter Fleet Fuel Economy CDT (Complete Driveline Tuning, not only Engine but Transmission tuning as well) nets significant fuel economy gains--on the order of 3-4mpg at 55-60mph on the highway, 1.5-2mpg in the city.  A side effect of our tuning is a gain of 40Hp and 50-60lb/ft of torque at the crank.  We have 100% map access to both controllers, meaning that we have the ability to not only modify a handful of maps but the entire ECU or TCU file itself.

For those worried about voiding the factory warranty and other related issues, we do not trigger flash counters and we calculate our checksums in-house, as such we never have CEL/MILs or have to rely on anyone else for support.  Simply put, we manufacture our own tuning.  Dealer's don't have the ability to see as deeply into the ECU/TCU file as is necessary to disseminate one of our tunes from a stock file, however we always suggest that the vendor/owner always tell their service manager that they are happy with the factory calibration presently in the vehicle and therefore do not want any updates to the ECU/TCU performed--if not the dealer may flash over our calibration with another stock file.  Our newest technology eliminates any potential dealer issues, even with a non "mod-friendly" dealership.  With that being said our European tuning is sold dealer direct worldwide by organizations such as Crown Mercedes Benz, Dublin, OH and Ali & Sons BMW, Porsche, Audi in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

3.0 CRD Sprinters utilize (depending on model year) either a powerful Bosch ME9 series or an EVC ECU (Engine Control Unit), along with a Siemens EGS 52/53 TCU (Transmission Control Unit).  The Engine controller is located atop the driver's side wheel-well, the Transmission controller is parked under the driver's seat.  We have been tuning these controllers with a 100% success rate for over three years with zero driveline failures or issues.

We do also provide ECU or TCU only tuning however we highly recommend tuning both controllers for maximum fuel economy, you will not see the same gains without doing both ECU and TCU tuning.  Just being completely honest as we want you to experience the exact same gains as our existing customers have.

While there are people out there selling little tuner plug in units or "chips" making inflated claims of mileage and performance gains, we want you to experience real world gains in excess of your expectations!!

I have data sheets available showing a wide range of fuel saving parameters based upon miles driven.

Remember while most of the plug in tuner units are CAN piggybacks that modify only a handful of maps. We have access to more than 1100 maps in the ECU alone. Our transmission tuning eliminates troublesome shifting anomalies experienced by many owners like shuddering or slipping. I have data sheets available showing a wide range of fuel saving parameters based upon miles driven. Our product is currently represented by a number of Mercedes Benz dealerships but we wanted to make it available to sprinter owners themselves directly that would find it unrealistic and impossible to make it to the Mercedes dealerships that carry this product.

Please feel free to email me directly with further questions, inquiries or if you are experiencing a problem with your sprinter that we may have a solution for.

As always our advice is free and we are happy to help someone out any way we can. Please visit us at our website.

Thank You,

What is the cost to remap the ECU? Does it remove the speed limiter as well? I didn't see the Sprinter van listed in your website.
Thanks!

I'm not interested. Curious at a minimum.

Somebody asked about the price though.

Why the secret?

Don't you want to make money?

We can control 100% of the ecu and tcm so we can re-program for any changes made.

thanks

We will have the pricing and details listed here within the week. We currently are creating price lists and photographs.

Making money isnt the initial intention. making customers satisfied is !!

Once you have a bunch of satisfied customers that enjoy and believe in your product..... the rest comes naturally.

Many thanks and have a nice evening.

jim

Are you really going to bring EGR and/or just DPF delete to the NAFTA Sprinter market?
