We use the microwave and convection oven but have the instruction book very handy. It is really weird how you start this thing... from rather poor memory it is something like you hit the roast button twice, enter the time, and hit start. Anyhow, I'm not the chief cook here lol. When I was out by myself, I managed to make a couple of Red Barron mini pizzas in the convection (I think 17 minutes) and they came out edible (not saying much there)... actually they weren't half bad.

We just took the whole thing out 6 mos ago and replaced it with a Breville 650 model. It wasn't an exact fit but got framing pieces from Lowe's for a better fit. Didn't care for the convection of the microwave to brown and use a toaster oven more at home than a microwave anyway. We do turn on the Dometic fan when it is cooking and no problems so far.

I got rid of the 55lb Hotpoint Convection oven and replaced it with a 28 lb Toshiba, https://www.amazon.com/Toshiba-EM925...s%2C234&sr=8-3. I also got a new larger Isotherm compressor Refrigerator that weighs 25lbs less than my old single door Dometic 8555. So I shed a total of 52lbs in my remodel and got better working more reliable appliances as well.

She missed the "2." Meant "52 lbs." Called a typo.
