Default Sprinter store diesel power module

Hello,
First post on the forum. Curious on any feedback from those that have the diesel power module. I have 2018 144 4x4 converted by Freedom Vans. I was searching around for ecu tunes etc, as I want to tow my drift boat and now that Iíve have a fully converted van , a bit more power would be nice. Iíve installed the module but really donít feel any difference. I have the setting on five as thatís what Iíve been told to put it on. Thanks

Got it. No difference that I've noticed at multiple settings.

Pedal Box gives more bang for the buck.

Pedalbox is only going to apply the power Already there but faster than your foot can. It is not going to give you more torque or horsepower to pull heavier loads (if that's what you’re looking for). A chip tune will give you more hp and torque but at what expense...??? You can search chip tuning to get a better perspective of all the opinions on such.

People have reported better results from systems such as the GDE tune ... they re-program the Sprinter's ECU itself.

Sales to owners in California are banned.

For a 2018 - OETuning - located in California - https://www.oetuning.com/products/me...-benz/sprinter

I would call them vice just ordering via web page.

On thanks for all the info much appreciated. The power module was a total waste of money. From what I’m reading about the pedal box it should correct the horrible pedal response it currently has and yes no poet gain. I’ll look into the tune as well. Thanks.

I have similar symptoms, be sure your EGR valve is not the culprit... going to try the cleaning method first... then PedalBox if that fails to fix it.

Many threads about EGR valve here on forum
