Default Overland Expo Networking Thread, Flagstaff 5/17-19/2019

I've seen a crew cab 4x4 flatbed sprinter, about 300 sprinter builds (seems like it anyway) and my first Earth Roamer of the weekend yesterday. Anyone going? Here already? Need a water fill? Post it up!

As I recall cell coverage was very weak and spotty out there. Have fun!

That was at the Mormon Lake site, it is now at Ft Tuthill, the county fairgrounds with fine reception. Thanks for the heads up though.

I was taking about Tuthill. Perhaps the bandwidth degraded with all the traffic. It was crappy at best.

I thought the cell coverage on att last year was poor, my phone constantly searched for a signal.
Best reception was by the food trucks.

Should we set up a time and place for sprinter-source people to meet each other?
I’d be down, if not I’m there Friday and Saturday.

I've got a birthday party to take the kid to tomorrow and he turns 6 on Saturday so another party here, not gonna make it. The sprinters are definitely showing up, and lots of CL ads of people passing through hoping to ride the Overland wave, not usually this many "rigs" on cl up here. LMK if you need a hose for water or any area info... I'll be on when I can.

We're planning to be there. We need to drop off something at the Sportsmobile village. Since we're local, it's easy.
