I don't think there are any LEDs powerful enough to use as headlights at a reasonable price. An LED bulb for your home AC power that emits as many lumens as a 5-10 watt regular lightbulb costs over $50.

This begs the question: Why would you want LED headlights?
which leads to: If it's for power savings, then by reducing amperage draw would you get better MPG?
(do you get better MPG driving with headlights off?)

There is a lot of debate about using certain electrically powered accesories and the effect on MPG, thus it would reason that using one of the biggest amperage draws on the vehicle, headlights, would reduce MPG.

Many of the headlights, and other aftermarket accessories, on eBay are generic and are listed for every vehicle... just so they can gain a wider audience.

Don't believe everything you see on eBay... if if sounds too good to be true, it likely is.

Can't the sprinter ECU tell when there is a resistance change of something electrical in the van? Led's draw much less current than incandescent.

Here's the tipoff in the listing that it is a generic bulb:

Other Part Number: RV ATV QUAD TRACTOR AUTOMOBILE 169 194
Manufacturer Part Number: JDM CAR TRUCK MOTORBIKE BOAT LEDS LIGHTS GLOBE

Also this link, http://www.sylvania.com/ConsumerProd...de/default.htm
also included in the listing, is just a general vehicle bulb fitment listing from Sylvania.

This is a replacement "wedge bulb" which would be a for turn signal

LDJim is right. It is a bulb for the turn signal and not for the headlight.
