$35,000 - 4x4 - 22,500 mile-Warranty-2015 Cargo Van Low Roof 2500 White in WV

I am looking to sell my 2015 Sprinter Van - 4x4 - Low Roof - White color - 22,200 miles at today 8/25/2019 , can go a little higher in the coming day but no more than 22,500 .
I bought it on February 26 , 2016 with 72 miles - Sold to me as Certified Pre-Owned - Titled first to Sun Motor Cars Mercedes - Mechanicsburg , PA on 11/5/2015 .
My understanding is that my Sprinter still under full warranty till at least November 5 , 2019 plus the Powertrain Warranty , I believe 100,000 miles

Original list price was TOTAL $53,978
Asking at least $35,000 , only reference that I have regarding the price is looking online at KBB where is listed in between $34,000 and $38,000 as a Trade-In value , private sale higher than that .
Almost half of the miles are from some long trips from FL to WV / PA / VA .
Right now the van is located in West Virginia , near New Creek , 26743 , on the north side on the state not far from DC a little more than 100 miles , close to VA , MD and PA .

Basically the van still the same as when new outside , only installed a Fantastic Fan on Roof .
Inside I did some upgrades as a cargo van it was just a metal box on the back with plastic panels on walls and sliding door .
I have full insulated the walls , sliding door and roof with Sound dampening material , and double eat & cold insulation , and added wood paneling on the ceiling to cover insulation .
Installed 2 deep-cycle SLA batteries under the passenger seat , with option to be fully connect with the van battery and alternator to charge them , or to start the engine , if needed , or batteries be charged with portable solar panels as I usually did .
I have installed extra electric 12v plugs , switchs , and USB for accessories , on front and back
, and an extra rear view camera in addition to the factory one , with screen on top or the rear view mirror .
Also installed a Swivel passenger seat .
Seats always protected with a seat cover , as the floor with mats .
Cargo area Floor was always protected with a rubber mat .
Overall my Sprinter is in Very good shape , I was the only one that gently drove it , personal use , no commercial use , no particular issue so far , only once in the past I had a problem with the Blind-Spots sensors , everything was fixed under warranty .
BAD Things !!!! I crack in the Windshield just show-up last week , looks like a rock on the low side of the windshield just below the viper blade , and started now a visible crack from the center on both sides . It is very low , not so visible , horizontally just above the vipers line .
I checked online what the cost is to replace the windshield , +/- $500.00 .
Second bad thing !!! There is a small bump on the body just above the rear passenger side wheel , a Gate closed on me when I was going though it , nothing major but of course visible , it can be fixed , but really I do not think is worth to spend $$$ on that .
I will see how to add extra pictures , looks like there is a limit of 5 , but I have more and also a complete PDF File from when was new with CarFax , Pictures , Detailed options list , Warranty Info , etc.
