Answer depends upon type of phone (iPhone? Android?)
Android has free "picture resizer" apps (my old one used to offer to resize whenever i emailed the photo to myself).

Have your text-editing cursor where you want the photo to appear.
Click the paperclip icon's "drop down menu" arrow after you've uploaded the photos.
You'll see a list of the photos you've uploaded.
Click on the one you want placed *there*. The proper mark-up will appear in the message.

Curious, what is the difference between the paper clip and manage attachments?

The paperclip is visible while i'm typing text ... the "manage attachments" button requires scrolling down out-of-frame.

Other than that, they both bring up the same extra window.

Oh ... and it's the paperclip drop-down list that has the image names for later targeted placement.
"Manage Attachments" doesn't do that.

--dick (who had never noticed the "manage attachments" lower button until you pointed it out now)
