Default No House Power

Have a 2019 Unity FX and can only get house power when MB engine is running. No power when plugged into shore power. Anyone have an idea of what it could be. Checked power distribution panel fuses and coach battery fuse block and all look good.

am assuming you mean no 12vdc when connected to grid('shore')?

and am not familiar with the main dc disconnect on your rig - is it a mechanical switch or a relay/electric switch?

Check the inverter breaker. The one on the inverter.

Just got off the phone with LTV. For some reason batteries were too low to accept electric from the shore power. Started the engine and let it run for a while until house power was restored. Then electric from shore power took over to continue charging the battery. So far it seems to be working. Thanks for your response to my dilemma.

Power at the pedestal?
Light on the power cord is lit?
Error on the surge protector?
Does the battery monitor show something like "Fault - No Comm"? If so, batteries are stone dead and will need to be boosted from engine running before inverter will charge them from shore power
Inverter breakers reset? (small toggle switch looking switch on side of inverter. They don't actually toggle, but pressing lightly should reset them)
Does power work when generator is running?

that was my next question: what is batt volts before plugging in or starting engine?
may have some sort of elec/relay driven main batt disconnect that disconnects system if batt volts drop below a certain point?
next question would be: how old are the batts? (could be just too old/tired to hold a charge or have a bad cel(s) so crap out quick)

Yes checked the inverter breakers and surge protector. Seems that batteries were too low to accept shore power. Batteries seem to be charging now after leaving the engine running long enough to power the house while shore power was plugged in. Batteries are hopefully less than a year old. Dealer received the RV in September of 2019 and we picked it up in December. It's a late build 2019 with the new MB Chassis. Thanks for everyone's help. Hopefully after 24 hours of being plugged into shore power all will be back to normal.

As an FYI LTV Tech told me that leaving the propane switch on while not in use sucks a lot of energy. This was likely the cause.

It's hard on coach batteries and shortens their life when completely drained down. Keep an eye on them.
