Default Aldi Code reader.

I found this in Aldi and wasn't sure if it would work on a Sprinter?
I know little about this stuff but thought it might help someone.

it won't work on a T1N. And on a later van it won't connect to all of the modules, only the bare minimum. What you want is a Autel AP200 which connects to your smartphone. Check in the scanners section for more info. They are around $100-$150 landed in Oz.

G’day Owner, I take it that this suitable for T1N’s? Does it need an adapter to connect to the ECU?

Yes for T1N you need the Autel MB-14 adapter, about $20 on ebay. You cant use a generic 14 pin to OBD2 cable.

I believe it is actually 'BENZ-Sprinter'.

Keith.
