Placed an order for the subframe laser steel. $550, should be done next week.

Got my order of wire. Should last me a little while.

Not a whole lot left on my list. Besides putting it all together, and getting a front driveshaft.

I was expecting a couple of big spools of MIG wire before I clicked the link.

Got the switch panel today. Looks good. I forgot to adjust for the powdercoating thickness, so I needed to do a little filing.

The steel is ready, I am going to pick it up tomorrow. Should get a good start on the welding this weekend.

Where are you thinking of mounting the panel?

It covers all but 2 of the center console switches.

I only have 1 MB style center console switch. I have a similar (but smaller) switch panel with a few switches for my alarm, and the Aux fuel tank control. That will be replaced by this panel. Hopefully I measured properly!

Mmmmm, parts. Forked the pallet right onto the bed.

I need to do a part count, but I think they are all there.

Now I need to start putting the puzzle together. Lots of spot checking fitment along the way though, so its going to take a bit.

I need to do a little cleanup at the lead-in cuts, but everything appears to fit right. I think I may have made a small error. I ordered two rack arm braces, but I think I changed one, so they aren't symmetrical. Not a big deal to fab one out of scrap thankfully.

Getting down to business. I need to get some cement board on the table before I start burning in earnest. A little fiddling to get everything to fit. But it looks good so far.
