Default Repairing or replacing shower head

Hi all,

Our shower head was leaking at the joint between the twisting nozzle and the chromed plastic body. Before trying to take it apart, I wanted to get a replacement in hand. The best price I could find was 25 Euros delivered, (to Berlin) from a boat supply store: http://www.svb24.com/en/hand-shower-...ll-holder.html If you order from the US, let them know you don't have a boat and don't need the "Welcome packet" with flag(!) and huge catalog -- these weighed much more than the shower head -- and perhaps they will offer a better deal on shipping.

As it turns out, fixing the old one is pretty easy, but you have to be committed: get a small flathead screwdriver in the notch under the head and press axially into the dark plastic piece. By getting well behind it, you can pull it out. This reveals a metal screw that you can tighten. When you re-assemble, you'll have to put a dab of silicone in the notch you used.
