lost password

Hello.. my wife has lost her password and I attempted to help her retrieve it. When the user name is entered it then has a random question... the square root of a very long number?? What the heck am I missing - is this a trick question? help

It's probably a "trick question" to foil automated password scammers..

Thanks Dick.. It was on the Sprinter forum and I will keep the URL for the better place to ask the question. Magically, as we fussed with her account in an attempt to gain access to the Sprinter forum, Unity thread, it accepted her user name and password. Yes, the 'trick' question was intended to foil scammers.
