Default Spray Foam Interior in Minnesota?
Has anybody been able to find any contractors in Minneapolis whom have spray foamed their Sprinter?

Can't answer your question. Not intending it to throw ice water on your foamy dreams, although spray foam offers the best thermal value, I wouldn't risk it based on this member's experience.
