2011 Fully Converted Tiny House Sprinter 170”WB High Roof (Portland, OR)

2011 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van 2500
High Roof, 170" WB
V6 Turbo Diesel Engine
Freightliner White Cargo Trim
Odometer 242000 miles

This custom up-fit RV conversion featuring bright wood throughout is cozy and spacious. I built a comfortable home for an extended national park adventure. This Sprinter is now an ideally equipped RV for weekend camping or full-time living. The up-fit is insulated and features pine wood panel, hardwood floor, recessed lights, sprung queen bed frame, large drawers, aftermarket windows, running water, ventilation, refrigerator, wall storage, curtains, and an isolated house electrical system. With the option of using any favorite extra-thick queen size mattress, you may sleep on the most comfortable bed in the campground.

The countertop accommodates a standard Coleman two-burner propane stove. The sink pumps cool water (no hot water system) from a fresh water jug into the grey water jug. A spare fresh water jug also fits under the sink. The house electrical system was designed and wired by an electrical engineer. Its large battery keeps a fridge running and lights on for days between charges. The house battery will fully recharge off the van’s alternator with just 2 to 4 hours of driving. Shore power may be used when hookups are available. The interior build out was completed March 2017 and has been well maintained.

Traveling long roads is a breeze with the powerful and reliable Mercedes diesel engine. In addition to being more fuel efficient, diesel engines are expected to last twice the milage of gasoline engines. This vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition with recent oil change and service performed by Mercedes authorized shop. A previous owner preferred the Mercedes logo and swapped the cargo van front grill for a black Mercedes-Benz grill. The steering wheel and rear door feature Freightliner badges. This Sprinter has a clean Oregon title and good plates. No accidents or damage has been reported in its history.
