DAD or Scanner help

Can anyone with DAD or Scanner in Pittsburg contact me? I just bought my 2006 Sprinter but it's not starting.

More specifics, engine type, is it making a clicking sound or turning-over but not starting? Do instrument and head lights illuminate?
