First thing which I would do is check the cranking speed and fuel rail pressure with the DAD.

What was the last thing which was done? Perhaps retrace that.

If the fuel rail pressure is below 2900 psi I would then do an injector leak off test.

Thank you for the link. Crank speed was a little over 200. The pressure was 14 psi

Well the dealer pushed my van in recharged my battery, and they said it turned right over. They tested the high pressure pump and it was working fine, so they did the vial test.

Three of five injectors are leaking, they suggest I replace all five at the tune of $5000.00 They said the injectors are $825.00 each or they can sell me remanufactured units for $750.00 each.

The link for the service manuals you provided in the thread, is the one I mentioned it claims to be service manuals for the 2005, 2006 sprinters but when I click on the links its just the 2003 manual.
