Broken glow plug. Now what?

Update: TimeSert M8x1.0 kit showed up yesterday after work. Everything went exactly per design. One thing I did that helped establish the right angle for drilling: I removed GP4 and replaced it with a 4” long M8 bolt sticking out of the head. I was able to line up my drill into GP5 at the same angle side to side. Front/back was easier to gauge. Word of caution on the smaller TimeSert set that does not include the tap driver handle: the square drive on the heads of countersink, tap and driver are all bigger than my standard tap driver handle. I was able to use 12 point multi-norm socket (7mm and 10mm, I think)and a little paper shop towel to hold the tools in the socket and then used socket wrench instead of a tap handle. Other than that, everything went great, sprinter is back together and, as an added bonus, I found the missing GP sitting in the Air Filter housing when I reinstalled it (I never found it when it shot out under compression.)
