It has everything you need to live very comfortably on the road. Does not leak.
LIVING AREA
Insulated and finished with Cedars panels, wood floors and countertops. 4 boat windows to allow more light in. Rooftop fan installed to keep it nice and chill. The cedar panels keep the heat or cold inside the van and give it a nice smell.
Solar Panels (2x 100W) on the roof hooked to a Goal Zero Yeti 1250 portable power station/ (worth 1500$ alone) The solar panel complete installation is worth over 2000$ + Labour. The goal zera Yeti is more than enough power to run the lights, fridge, charge computers and phone and run other electric devices. We even used it for a small espresso machine. It has a peak capacity of 1200W. There's a charging cable installed so you can charge the power station from the alternator while driving.
Plugged into this power station is an ARB 50qt fridge/freezer that uses almost 0 energy (Worth 1000$ alone). Fridge is on a wheeled dolly so you can pull it out when using and put in back in place when not needed.
Hand Pump Sink with exhaust straight to the ground. No tank. Water is sourced from a 5 gallon tank stored under the sink.
Another 5 gallon tank is used for drinking water.
Queen size bed is a foldable Lucid 4in memory foam mattress. Also comes with a single organic buckwheat mattress to leave more room in the sprinter if you travel alone.
Lots of intelligent storage with pull out custom drawers. Storage also under the rear bench, over the driving area and more.
Tinted rear windows with night blinds. Also, black curtains installed to separate driving area from living area.
Swivel front passenger seat & a seatbelt installed on the rear bench to sit more people. 2 small tables strapped on the wall are included to eat inside when it's raining or cold.
Mr Heater Portable buddy propane heater included with the van.
Velcro Screen for rear side door to keep your evenings bugs free.
Adjustable LED lights everywhere in the "living area" and 3 reading lights closer to the bed.
Lots of custom nets & storage pouches to carry all your gear.

Rear cargo area is left wide open with couple of useful nets, bungee cords and straps. It has custom cargo net on one door and tool pouches on the other door. The rear area is sealed so you can put wet stuff in.
We're cyclist and we could fit 4 bikes in the rear area taking only 1 wheel off. The previous owner was a skier and skis were also fitting perfectly.
Everything is super solid on the inside and works perfectly. It's all wood and screws, so easily changeable if needed.
Racks -
It has rooftop round tracks with 1 INNO bike track.
Also has a 2in hitch installed. KUAT Rack on pictures is not included in sale.
Surco Ladder to get on the roof with grippy tape on.
Van itself-
234807 Miles, tires in great conditions.Diesel. Works perfectly. AC does not work. The van sometimes has a harder time starting in extreme hot conditions but has never not started. Cruise control.
Oil changes always made on time. New Horn, New wiper blades, New Lights, New Cabin air filter,
Full check up done 4K miles ago, only thing needed eventually should be rear brakes.
Windshield has a small crack but doesn't affect vision while driving. See Picture. About 10in.
New Radiator and fan clutch. 2 new lower ball joint, 2 new tie rods.
Little bit of rust as the van is originally from upstate New York but nothing major or functional.
Updated CD stereo and speakers. Sound is good and has aux. wire.
We really had a fun time travelling and updating the van in the last two years, but it's time to move on to something else. This van still has a lot of life and is ready to take you on all the adventures you've been wishing to have! The van is currently located in Starr Pass, Tucson , AZ
