Joined the Sprinter club!

Thanks to @Joevf for posting the craigslist classified out of Delaware, I got this 2016 4x4 170 van with 2600 miles!

@elemental also gave me very informative inputs on what to look for which helped with my search.

I was originally going to go 170 EXT 4x4, but being my first build and needing a dual use city/travel van went for 170 4x4.



It is a beautiful "Silver" but looks more goldish. Came with Heated seats, second battery, two alternators and the Low transfer cases 4x4. It also has the Blind spot assist, lane assist, and hill start, plus aux heat (not the boost).

I drove it home and really enjoy it, fits me like a glove can't wait to start my build !

Congrats and welcome. This forum is a wealth of info with some incredibly knowledgeable and helpful folks. The conversion process can be overwhelming at times but one bite at a time you will have a fantastic home on wheels.

Wow! 2600 miles on a 4 year old vehicle!
Amazing when you find something like that.
Don't cheap out, change ALL the fluids.
I would not trust the DEF in the tank. I would siphon or drain as much as possible, and refill with fresh.
